Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of access to the Ask Anthony application ("the Service") operated by MINDMOD LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

Because the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. This policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@mindmod.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being permanently suspended. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Free Trial or Beta Access

If you accessed Ask Anthony through a free trial, promotional offer, or beta access period, no payment was collected and therefore no refund is applicable. Free access periods do not create any entitlement to refunds, credits, or compensation upon expiration or termination of the free access period.

If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the refund terms in this policy apply beginning from the date of the first paid charge.

10. Statutory Rights for EU/UK Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a statutory cooling-off period of up to fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

However, by accessing and using the Service immediately upon purchase, you may be deemed to have waived your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law (including under Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU or equivalent UK legislation).
