MINDMOD LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring that Ask Anthony, our AI-powered mindset coaching chatbot, is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement outlines our efforts to provide an inclusive digital experience.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to the tools and resources that support personal growth and well-being. We are dedicated to making Ask Anthony as accessible and usable as possible for the widest range of people, regardless of ability or technology.

2. Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features across the Ask Anthony web application:

Keyboard Navigation

All core functionality of Ask Anthony can be operated using a keyboard alone. Users can navigate through the chat interface, submit messages, and access settings without requiring a mouse or other pointing device.

Screen Reader Support

We use semantic HTML elements, ARIA labels, and descriptive attributes to ensure that screen readers can interpret and convey the structure and content of the application. Chat messages, form fields, and interactive elements are labeled for assistive technology compatibility.

Color Contrast

Our interface is designed with sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background elements to meet accessibility guidelines. We aim to ensure that all text content is legible for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.

Responsive Design

Ask Anthony is built with a responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels. Users can magnify content up to 200% without loss of functionality or content.

Text Sizing

The application supports browser-level text resizing and does not override user-defined font size preferences. Text is rendered using relative units to allow flexible scaling.

3. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, there are some known limitations:

AI-Generated Content: Ask Anthony produces dynamic, AI-generated responses. Due to the nature of this content, it may not always be optimally structured for screen readers. We are actively working to improve how AI responses are formatted and delivered to assistive technologies.
Audio Content: Where the Service includes audio-based content such as hypnosis scripts or guided sessions, transcript alternatives may not be immediately available for all content. We are working to provide text-based alternatives and transcripts on an ongoing basis.

4. Conformance Status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Our conformance efforts are ongoing. We regularly audit the application and prioritize remediation of any identified accessibility barriers.

6. Third-Party Content

Ask Anthony integrates certain third-party services that may have their own accessibility limitations:

Termly Consent Banner: We use Termly to manage cookie consent. While Termly provides its own accessibility features, we cannot guarantee full conformance of third-party consent interfaces. We encourage you to contact us if you experience difficulty interacting with the consent banner.
Supabase Authentication: User authentication is handled through Supabase. We work to ensure that login and account management flows remain accessible, but certain elements of third-party authentication interfaces may fall outside our direct control.

We actively monitor and advocate for improved accessibility from our third-party service providers.
