This Cookie Policy explains how MINDMOD LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar tracking technologies when you access or use the Ask Anthony AI-powered mindset coaching chatbot application (the "Application"). This policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website or use a web application. Cookies are widely used to make websites and applications work more efficiently, to provide a better user experience, and to supply information to the operators of the site or application.
Cookies may be "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or are manually deleted, or "session" cookies, which are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third parties whose services are integrated into the website ("third-party cookies").
In addition to traditional cookies, modern web applications also use browser-based storage mechanisms such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which function similarly to cookies but can store larger amounts of data. We use these technologies in the Application as described below.
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Application to function. Without them, core features such as authentication, session management, and security would not work. Essential cookies cannot be disabled.
| Cookie / Key | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token |
Cookie / localStorage | Supabase authentication token. Stores your encrypted session credentials to maintain your logged-in state and authenticate API requests. | Session / until logout |
sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier |
Cookie / localStorage | Supabase PKCE code verifier used during the OAuth authentication flow for enhanced security. | Session / until auth completes |
supabase.auth.token |
localStorage | Stores Supabase authentication session data including access tokens and refresh tokens. | Persistent / until logout |
These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization. While the Application can function without them, disabling them may result in reduced functionality or a degraded user experience.
| Cookie / Key | Type | Purpose | Duration |

onboardDone |
localStorage | Tracks whether the user has completed the onboarding flow, preventing the onboarding experience from being shown repeatedly. | Persistent |
disclaimerAccepted |

chatHistory |
localStorage | Caches recent chat messages locally for faster loading and offline reference. | Persistent / until cleared |
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Application by collecting and reporting information. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

In addition to traditional HTTP cookies, the Application uses the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage APIs to store data on your device. These technologies differ from cookies as follows:
LocalStorage and sessionStorage are subject to the same-origin policy of your browser, meaning only the Ask Anthony Application can access the data stored under its domain. However, please note that any user with physical access to your device may be able to view data stored in localStorage and sessionStorage through browser developer tools.
When you first visit the Application, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner powered by Termly. You can use this banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can update your cookie consent preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" or "Cookie Settings" link available in the Application, or by visiting:
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically configure your browser to:
Instructions for managing cookies in popular browsers:
Please note: If you choose to block or delete cookies, some features of the Application may not function properly. In particular, blocking essential cookies (such as authentication tokens) will prevent you from logging in and using the Application.
To clear data stored in localStorage and sessionStorage, you can use your browser's developer tools (usually accessible by pressing F12) and navigating to the "Application" or "Storage" tab. You can also clear all site data through your browser's settings under "Clear browsing data" or equivalent option.
Some cookies on the Application are placed by third-party services that we use to operate, secure, and improve the Application. These third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and services. We do not control the cookies set by third parties, and their use is governed by the respective third party's privacy and cookie policies:
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. At this time, the Application does not specifically respond to or alter its practices upon detecting a DNT signal from your browser. However, you can manage your cookie preferences through Termly as described in Section 5.1 above, and we will honor those preferences.
California residents and consumers in other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may exercise their rights regarding the sale or sharing of personal information by visiting our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification or a cookie consent prompt reset).
We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies and related technologies. Your continued use of the Application after any changes to this Cookie Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
